Have you tried this:
Drink plenty of fluids, 2-3 liters of water daily
1 day a week of only fruit
1 day a week of only vegetables (steamed or raw)
1 day a week combining food (lean meat - served with green salad)
Avoid sweets such as chocolate, but if the craving is too strong, a granola bar can help. Many of our clients had been very successful using this plan.
